Features：
High-power：Maximum collector current：50A.
Digital Storage：the machine can store 10 graphics, can also be stored to the computer through the USB interface with infinite amount. Can be saved as a specific file format, and can also be saved as JPG, BMP and other image formats. Data stored in the computer can be print into pictures by the printer and also can be downloaded through and USB interface to the Instrument.
Security: cut off the collector supply and base voltage、current outputs on stop state, to ensure that the operator, the security of device under test and Instrument. The instrument has output short circuit protection.
Display interface：640×480 TFT Color LCD Monitor，friendly human interface.
Synchronous display：high-speed USB communication can display the graphics on a computer screen while testing the devices, so that the size of display interface is expanded unlimitedly.
Parameter display：automatically measure and show the voltage, current、β、gm measured value and set parameters.
Pairing selection：a static graphics and a dynamic graphics can be displayed simultaneously, to pair the two device intuitively.
